Double frame rail tig welded and NHRA certified to 7.50 until January 2009.
Strange struts on front and disc brakes on the front and rear.
Motor plates on the engine and on transmission support.
Currently running power glide with J&W ultra bell and transmission built by M&M .
Rear end is 9in ford with back brace,
4 link, and wish bone with anti-rollbar.
Pumpkin is Strange centersection with 4.30 gears.
Axles are 40 spline with the 5/8 studs.
Brand new Weld Magnum Drag 2.0 Wheels (front&rear) with Brand new MT (fronts) & MT ET Drags (rear) 33 X 16.5 with Firestone Tubes.
Engine is 548ci Chevy bow-tie block filled with Hardblock bored to 4.53 with a 4.25 crank.
Rods are new Bill Miller (6.385) with Arias 11.5:1 pistons with Childs & Alberts tool steel rings and coated bearings.
Bronze bushings in all the lifter bores.
New cam and roller lifters from Harold Brookshire at Lunati (lift 810in / 770 ex) cam.
New crank balanced to all the new parts.
Callies adjustable oil pump, steel pan with heater and oil temp gauge installed.
New Summer Bros front dist drive with new MSD 10 box with new MSD billet distributor.
Heads are 360 Dart II flowed to 410 by Randy Richards with new Nextex springs 325lbs seat and 980 open.
Jesel rockers, comp push rods, and clark copper gaskets.
O-ring in block with receiver grooves in heads.
Roy Messer intake with 1471 Littlefield hi-helix with bird catcher and nitro k barrel valve set up for methanol.
Hat and Port nozzles. Running coated 1100 Enderle pump with billet pump extension.
6 gallon custom aluminum fuel cell mounted in the front.
No runs on motor since refresh!
Car runs 4.80s @ 152mph and 7.60s @183 on current mild set-up with steel front end, steel hood, and steel doors!
Car weighs 2800 with all steel parts.
1.08 60 ft times
Car is titled and ready to go .....
Add some boost and run the 4.70 class, or take a bunch of boost away and run the 5.30 class.
Looking to either sell for $55,000 or trade for Nitrous Top Sportsman Car, or Really nice Super Comp Door Car plus some cash...
May consider other trades.
