Picked up block from machine shop and he said there is nothing wrong with block except for cylinder #5 that might need a sleeve.Depending on your stroke and how far down the cylinder the piston goes depends on if you need to sleeve it or not.The block is also 4.00 bore not 4.030,it has never been over bored and the machine shop said all it needs is to be cleaned and can be run at standard bore if you choose.
