Michael Strickland, 2006 ORSCA Industrial Depot 6.00 Index Champion
Michael Strickland fought off every hard charger in 6.00 Index class this year. Taking each round one by one and each race one at a time. With Reaction times that would make any racer in any class shake in their race suit, Michael was deadly. With the 6.0 class being one of the most competetive classes in ORSCA with some races holding a field of over fifty cars you better be consistant or you better get used to being a spectator after the first round. Michael was no spectator this year.

Kenny Acree, 2006 ORSCA Southern Truck Parts 5.30 Index Champion
We spoke with Kenny right before the race and being in the number seven spot at the last race of the season chances were slim of a championship. The ORSCA 5.30 class is always some of the most competitive racing the ORSCA has to offer. Win lose or draw when you walk the walk of a true champion victory shines upon you.

ALBANY, GA - Outlaw Racing Street Car Association brought its All-Star Points Series to U.S. 19 Dragway, October 20th – October 22nd - The Weekend got off to a great start with testing Friday night. Saturday was a cool morning, but it warmed up quickly. We started off with shakedown runs and everything went very smooth. We went into first round qualifying, the track was a little slick but everyone made it safely down the 1/8 mile. The same can't be said for second round qualifying.

VALDOSTA, GA -The long awaited points series event at South Georgia Motorsports Park for ORSCA didn’t finish the way anyone would have liked to see it end. Given the weather conditions by constantly monitored Doppler Radar at the track, it was surprising that the skies held the rain as long as they did. Regardless, ORSCA made their presence known September 8 - 10 at one of Georgia’s finest racing facilities.

The rumor is TRUE!
