Steve Kirk, 2006 ORSCA Mickey Thompson Outlaw 10.5 Champion

Steve Kirk captured the ORSCA points series top spot early in the 2006 season. With consistant passes round after round the entire season, outlaw teams were caught in Kirk's catch me if you can racing stratagy.  Kirk and Ferguson Racing were the team to watch in 2006. With Steve Kirk's years of experience in a sport that literally grew up around him and team owner John Ferguson's devoted desire to be a winner, the 2006 orsca season had a team with a winning vision. With a team that devoted the 2006 year for testing by Kirk's own confession, one only has to wonder how far this team could have been when only devoted to just racing. Kirk Ferguson Racing seem to find that winning combination when they needed it most. Topping the best teams in Outlaw 10.5 is no easy task.
